We specialise in the cloud platforms that integrate best with Apple environments: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for productivity, plus Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure for infrastructure.

For Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, we handle complete administrative management including user and group management, security policy enforcement, application deployment, and integration with your Apple devices and business systems.

For AWS, GCP, and Azure, we manage the infrastructure components that support your Apple environment - compute instances, storage, networking, and security configurations that your Mac users and applications depend on.

We focus on these platforms because they offer the best experience for Apple users and integrate most effectively with Apple Business Manager, MDM platforms, and the broader Apple ecosystem that your business relies on.If you're using other cloud platforms, we can discuss integration on a case-by-case basis, but our expertise and optimised workflows are built around these major providers. What happens if we want to switch from another provider?

We handle the complete migration process for you as part of our onboarding fee. Switching providers can be complex, but we've developed a proven process to ensure a smooth transition with zero unplanned downtime.

Our migration service includes data and configuration migration, user communication and onboarding, project management, and knowledge transfer from your existing provider. We coordinate with your current provider to ensure nothing is lost in the transition.

We'll assess your current environment, create a detailed migration plan, and execute the transition in phases to minimise any impact on your users. Your team continues working normally whilst we handle the technical complexity behind the scenes.

You maintain complete control and visibility throughout the process. We provide regular updates and ensure you understand each step of the migration. All configurations and documentation are made available to you immediately.The migration is covered by your onboarding fee, so there are no additional charges beyond the standard setup cost. We're confident in our ability to deliver a seamless transition because we've successfully migrated numerous organisations from other providers.

Most migrations are completed within 2-4 weeks depending on complexity, but your users typically experience minimal disruption as we handle the technical work during planned maintenance windows.

Can we maintain access to our own systems?

Absolutely. You retain complete admin access to all your systems throughout our partnership. We don't lock you out or restrict your access to your own infrastructure - you maintain full visibility and control.

All configurations remain accessible to you, and we provide complete transparency on any changes we make. You can review settings, monitor our work, and make adjustments if needed. We believe in partnership, not vendor lock-in.

Every change we make is logged and accessible through your systems. You'll have full visibility into what we're doing and why, with monthly reporting and quarterly reviews to keep you informed.If you ever decide to bring services back in-house or switch to another provider, we ensure a smooth transition with comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer. We'll provide complete exit documentation within 5 business days, including all configurations, passwords, and operational procedures.

This approach means you're never dependent on us to access your own systems. You're choosing our expertise and service delivery, but your technology remains under your ultimate control. What if we decide to bring services back in-house?

We fully support your decision and ensure a seamless transition back to internal management. Since you maintain complete admin access to all systems throughout our partnership, you're never locked in or dependent on us to access your own infrastructure.

We provide comprehensive exit documentation within 5 business days, including all configurations, operational procedures, passwords, vendor contacts, and detailed handover notes. Our team will conduct knowledge transfer sessions with your internal staff to ensure they understand how everything has been configured and why.All the systems we manage remain yours - we're simply the administrators. Your MDM platforms, cloud environments, network configurations, and security policies all transfer back to you with complete documentation of our setup and ongoing management practices.

We'll coordinate with your team to ensure no disruption during the transition. This includes timing the handover appropriately, providing ongoing support during the transition period, and making our team available for questions as your internal team takes over.

We're confident enough in our service quality that we don't use contracts or technical barriers to keep clients. If your needs change and internal management becomes the right choice, we'll ensure you have everything you need to succeed.Your technology, your choice, your control - always.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No, we don't require long-term contracts. We earn your business every month through excellent service delivery rather than locking you into extended commitments.

We do have a minimum 6-month commitment to ensure we can properly implement your services and deliver meaningful results. This gives us time to complete your onboarding, optimise your environment, and demonstrate the value of our partnership.

After the initial 6-month period, you can terminate with just 30 days written notice. We're confident enough in our service quality that we don't need lengthy contracts to retain clients - we prefer to earn your continued business through consistent, excellent delivery.

This approach means you're not trapped in a relationship that isn't working. If your needs change, your business circumstances shift, or you're simply not satisfied with our service, you have the flexibility to make changes without being locked into years of commitment.
