Fractional IT Manager/Account Manager A dedicated point of contact providing IT operations oversight, vendor coordination, process improvement, and monthly reporting.
Fractional CTO Services Executive-level technology leadership focused on internal operations, infrastructure planning, team productivity optimisation, and strategic technology guidance. All services are designed to work together seamlessly, whether you need complete infrastructure ownership, user support, or strategic leadership. We're Apple specialists who understand how Mac-focused businesses operate.
Infrastructure Ownership is the behind the scenes management of your internal infrastructure. We take complete ownership of your MDM platforms, network systems, cloud administration, security policies, device lifecycle management, and backup systems. Think of it as managing the foundation that your business runs on, ensuring all your systems work seamlessly together.
IT Support Services is user facing assistance. This covers helping your team with day to day technology challenges: software troubleshooting, hardware issues, user training, onboarding new employees, and answering questions via phone, chat, or tickets. It's the human element that keeps your staff productive and happy with their Apple devices.
You can choose Infrastructure Ownership as a standalone service if you have internal IT staff handling user support. Your internal teams can escalate infrastructure related issues directly to us when needed. However, our IT Support Services require Infrastructure Ownership as the foundation. We need to manage the underlying systems to provide effective user support.
Many organisations choose both services together for complete coverage: Infrastructure Ownership ensures everything runs smoothly in the background, whilst IT Support ensures your users get help when they need it.
The key difference: Infrastructure Ownership manages the systems, IT Support helps the people using those systems.
We specialise in Apple and Mac focused organisations, but we understand that most businesses aren't 100% Apple. We typically work with environments that follow an 80/20 split, where Apple devices and workflows are the primary focus, but there may be some Windows systems for specific needs.
Our team is certified in Windows systems and understands how they integrate with Apple environments, but our specialisation and expertise is heavily focused on Mac. We manage the complete technology stack that Apple users rely on, including networks, cloud services like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, network attached storage, business applications, and all the external systems that make your Apple environment productive.
Unlike generic IT providers who try to support everything equally, we've built our expertise specifically around how Mac users work, the creative and professional applications they rely on, and the integrations between Apple devices and the broader technology ecosystem they depend on.
If you're primarily a Windows environment, we're likely not the right fit. But if you're a Mac focused business with some Windows requirements, looking for specialists who truly understand your Apple technology and all the systems that support it, that's exactly what we do.
Yes, we charge a one-time onboarding fee to cover the initial setup and configuration of your services. This ensures we can dedicate the proper time and resources to get your environment configured correctly from day one.
If you're migrating from another provider, this onboarding fee covers the complete transition including data migration, configuration transfer, user communication, and project management to ensure a smooth handover with zero unplanned downtime.
After the initial onboarding, our pricing is transparent monthly per-user costs with no hidden charges. You'll know exactly what you're paying each month from day one, with no ongoing surprises or additional charges.
The only other exceptions are our add-on services like after-hours emergency support or on-site visits outside Zone 3, which are clearly priced separately.
We believe in providing excellent service delivery from the start, which requires proper investment in getting your environment set up correctly. After onboarding, you pay monthly for the ongoing value we deliver, and if you're not satisfied, you're free to leave with just 30 days' notice.
Yes, we provide on-site support within London Zones 1-3 as part of our IT Support Services. This covers hardware diagnostics, complex software installations, network troubleshooting, user training, and equipment setup when remote support isn't sufficient.
On-site visits are provided at our discretion when we determine that physical presence is the most effective way to resolve an issue or support your team. We don't automatically send technicians for every request, but when on-site support will genuinely solve the problem faster or more effectively, we'll be there.
For locations outside Zones 1-3, on-site support is available as an add-on service at £100 per day plus travel costs. We're happy to arrange this when the situation requires it.
We also offer emergency after-hours on-site support at emergency rates for critical situations that can't wait until the next business day.
Most issues can be resolved remotely through our various support channels, but when you need someone physically present, we're equipped to provide that service. Our goal is always to use the most efficient method to get your team back to productivity quickly.
